On the ground floor there is combined living room & kitchen, bedroom1: with twin bed, sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Upstairs is bedroom2: with twin bed and one extra bed for 1-2 persons. Loft with spread bunk bed for 1-2 persons. Separate sauna by the lake. Beach and boat. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 14 km. Vuokatti ski slope 9 km, cross country track 7 km. River shore 20 m. Final cleaning not included, cleaning booked in advance 72 €. Linen booked in advance 13 €/person. No pets allowed.Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
