It lies outside the old village of Pedona, on the top of a hill between Viareggio and Camaiore, immersed in olive and chestnut trees. It enjoys an enviable climate thanks to the air flowing down off the mountains and the sea-breezes (the beach is only 13 km away) and it is therefore ideal for those who want peace and quiet. Guests have the use of a small furnished garden opposite the entrance. Heating on consumption.
